All-on-4 Dental Implants in Antalya
A Real Full-Arch Implant Rehabilitation

How This Full-Arch Treatment Was Planned
- Why were different numbers of implants used in the upper and lower jaws?
The patient’s bone structure and expectations were evaluated separately for each jaw. Four implants were placed in the upper jaw because bone availability was limited in the posterior region. Six implants were placed in the lower jaw, where bone density and support were more favourable.
- Were the extractions and implant placement completed during the same appointment?
Yes. The remaining teeth were extracted and the implants were placed during the same surgical appointment. The procedure took approximately one hour.
- How soon did the patient receive fixed teeth?
Fixed temporary restorations were fitted two days after surgery. These restorations were designed for use during the three-month healing period, allowing the patient to return home abroad with fixed teeth.
- When were the final restorations completed?
The patient returned to Patara Dent after three months. Digital impressions were taken, and the definitive restorations were produced and fitted within three days.
- What material was used for the final restorations?
The definitive upper and lower full-arch restorations were produced from monolithic zirconia.
- When were the final photographs taken?
The after-treatment photographs were taken approximately three months and one week after implant placement, following delivery of the definitive restorations.
Implant numbers, restoration types and treatment timelines are determined individually according to each patient’s bone structure, oral condition and clinical needs.
